current diet.


stuff i've been cutting out
fizzy pop
fast food pizza, curry, chinese
procsessed carbs, rice, pasta
crisps

stuff i have been conciously trying to introduce
porridge oats for breakie
carbs from vegetables and fruit.
honey instead of sugar
apples instead of crisps
wholemeal bread instead of rice.

well ive been doing this for about four months now and at the begining it has been very very hard. being chinese and not having rice with my dinner is tough. but as i started to keep to it i noticed that i was less tired after my dinner and and i ate a whole lot less as result because i was'nt always eating to keep myself awake.
the second best decision in terms of diet would be having a bowl of porridge every morning. this keeps me going for 4hours no snacking. it may sound boring but i know that when i eat it i will feel great.

so i started off in late january slowly making changes, i was around 11 and half stones. it is now may 8th 3013 and i am just below 11 stones now. i dont weigh my self often i prefer to go by how i feel. progress has been slow but progress is progress right...

first post of year.  10/04/13
ok so it may be a bit late to start making new years resolutions but im gonna make one any way. it is to simply incorporate some form of excercise in my week. because i haven't done any excercise for years i just want to do somthing that will be quick and ultimately works. so i give you jillian michaels 30 day shred. lets go.
